01 What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, high-resolution photo works best. Your pet should be facing the camera with good lighting and no objects covering their face. If you're unsure, check out our Photo Guide for examples.

02 What if my photo isn't suitable?

No worries! If your photo doesn't meet our quality requirements, our team will contact you and help you choose a better one before we begin creating your portrait.

03 Can I include more than one pet?

Absolutely! You can create portraits with up to 4 pets directly on our website. Looking for a portrait with more than four? Simply email us (support@havenandwhiskers.com) and we'll be happy to create a custom order.

04 How is my portrait created?

Every portrait is carefully illustrated by our professional artists using your pet's photo as inspiration. We never use AI-generated artwork or automated filters.

05 Will accessories be removed?

Yes! We remove collars, harnesses, leashes, and other accessories to create a timeless portrait. We aren't able to accommodate custom editing requests beyond this.

06 Can I request changes before it's printed?

Yes! Simply add the Artwork Preview option before checkout. You'll receive a digital proof within 48 hours and can request unlimited revisions until you're completely happy with your portrait.

07 What's included with my order?

Your order includes your custom pet portrait professionally printed on premium-quality paper. If you select a frame, your portrait arrives ready to hang straight out of the box.

08 Can I customize the background and frame?

Yes! Choose from several background colors, premium frame finishes, and multiple sizes to create a portrait that perfectly matches your home.

09 What is the Digital Download add-on?

Receive a high-resolution digital version of your artwork that you can keep forever, print yourself, or share with friends and family.

13 Can I return my order?

Because every portrait is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily replace it at no additional cost.
