A clear, high-resolution photo taken in good lighting will always produce the best results. Your pet's face should be fully visible, in focus, and free from obstructions. The better the photo, the more accurately our artists can capture every little detail.

For the best possible portrait, we recommend avoiding photos that are blurry or low resolution, taken in poor lighting, too far away, missing parts of your pet's face or ears, covered by hands, toys or accessories, or screenshots and photos with heavy filters.
